Before the Court is the parties' May 19, 2023 joint motion for extension of briefing deadlines. The motion withdraws appellants' May 19, 2023 unopposed motion for extension of time to file their brief and also asks that the deadline for appellants' brief be extended to June 26, 2023 and the deadline for appellee's brief be extended to August 10, 2023.
We GRANT the motion, WITHDRAW appellants' unopposed extension motion, and ORDER that appellants' brief and appellee's brief be filed no later than June 26, 2023 and August 10, 2023, respectively.
