On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 24, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 13, 2011, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "August 10, 2012," and substituting therefor the date "August 10, 2010."
