ORDER

PER CURIAM

On May 31, 2023, this Court issued an order for mediation referral. The order required the mediation be held within sixty (60) days of the order. On August 10, 2023, Appellants filed a letter advising the Court the parties have agreed to a full resolution on this matter.

Therefore, the Court ORDERS this appeal to continue, the appellate timetable suspension is lifted and either a motion to dismiss or status letter be submitted to this Court on or before August 21, 2023.

IT IS SO ORDERED this
