AJAL L.P. v. Macak, Leszek & Ewa


It is Ordered that tenants-appellants' motion for a stay is granted on condition that tenants -appellants: 1- perfect their appeal by no later than the June 2013 term - the filing deadline is April 9, 2013; 2- pay accruing use and occupancy in the amount of $1,031.79 to the landlord on each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice. In the event of tenants-appellants' failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, landlord-respondent may move, on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay and dismissing the appeal.
