Air Comfort Mechanical v. Simmons

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District
Sep 8, 1971
252 So. 2d 285 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1971)

Opinion

No. 71-434.

September 8, 1971.

Appeal from the Court of Record of Sarasota County, Marvin E. Silverman, J.

James H. Seay, of Crabtree, Butler, Syprett Meshad, Sarasota, for appellant.

Wood, Scheb, Whitesell, Drymon Warren, Sarasota, for appellee, E.E. Gene Simmons.

Dart, Dickinson, O'Riorden, Gibbons Quale, P.A., Sarasota, for appellee, St. Paul Fire and Marine Ins. Co.

Appellant has brought before us for review an order of the trial court staying all proceedings in the cause in the lower court. In such cases the trial court has a broad discretion. Upon a review of the record, we hold that appellant has failed to show reversible error.

LILES, Acting C.J., and HOBSON and MANN, JJ., concur.
