The order entered April 3, 1979, denying the defendants' motion to remove default and for relief from judgment, is reversed. The matter is remanded for the entry of a new order on that motion in light of the partial waiver filed by the plaintiff on February 1, 1980, and for such further proceedings as may be necessary for final disposition of the action. No party is to have costs of the appeal.
