ORDER

After this court granted a thirty-day extension of time, the reporter's record was due September 7, 2017. The court reporter has now filed a second notification of law record in which she asks for an additional thirty-day extension of time in which to rile the record. After review, we GRANT the reporter's request and ORDER the court reporter to file the reporter's record in this court on or before October 9, 2017.

We order the clerk of this court to serve a copy of this order on all counsel and the court reporter.
