This case was calendared for trial during the Court's March 6, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session. On November 2, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance (Doc. 23). By Order served November 3, 2022, among other things, the parties' Motion was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.
On May 23, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. 27) along with Respondent's Memorandum in Support of His Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. 28). Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before June 26, 2023, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before July 17, 2023, respondent shall file a reply, if any, to petitioner's response.
