ORDER
We abated this appeal May 5, 2020 to allow the trial court an opportunity to file any additional or amended findings of fact and conclusions of law it determined were appropriate. See TEX. R. CIV. P. 298. The trial court has responded that it has determined additional findings and conclusions are not necessary or appropriate, and the response has been included in a supplemental clerk's record filed June 3, 2020. Accordingly, we REINSTATE the appeal.
As the deadline for filing appellants' opening brief was suspended during the abatement, we reset the deadline and ORDER appellants to file their opening brief no later than July 6, 2020. We further ORDER appellees to file their combined responsive and cross-appellants' brief within thirty days of the filing of appellants' opening brief. We DENY as moot appellees' unopposed motion to modify order extending time to file their appellees/cross-appellants' brief.
