The plaintiff's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 142 Conn.App. 1, 62 A.3d 1168, is granted, limited to the following issue:

*39“Did the Appellate Court properly reverse the judgment of the trial court vacating the arbitration award that upheld the termination of the grievant's employment?”
