DALE A. AFFONSO & JANE G. AFFONSO, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This case was assigned to this division of the Court years ago because it was related to a large cluster of cases filed by David Greenberg and William Goddard. Back in July 2018 the Court spoke with the parties and all agreed that it would be most efficient to wait till those cases became final and unappealable. Both Messrs. Greenberg and Goddard appealed the various decisions entered in their cases. The last of the appeals, Goddard v. Commissioner, -- Fed.Appx. -- (Dec. 17, 2021) (9th Cir. Dkt. No. 20-73023), became final and unappealable last month.

It is at last time to bring this case to a close. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before May 27, 2022 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a joint status report stating their positions on how to bring this case to a conclusion.
