ORDER DISMISSING PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS
Petitioner has filed a motion for voluntary dismissal pursuant to NRAP 42(b). We grant petitioner's motion and dismiss this petition for a writ of mandamus. NEAP 42(b). The parties shall bear their own costs and attorney fees. In light of this order, real parties in interest need not file an answer as ordered on November 16, 2017.
