ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING REHEARING
THE COURT:
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on April 2, 2012, be modified as follows:
1. At the second line of the first paragraph on page 6, delete the word “Stratus” and replace with the word “Advent” so that it reads: Advent did not consider that demolition....
2. At the fourth line of the first paragraph on page 6, delete the word “Stratus’s” and replace with the word “Advent’s” so that it reads: Advent’s own meeting notes....
This modification does not effect a change in judgment.
Appellant’s petition for rehearing is denied.
