1. Matthew J. Dolan was appointed to the Board of Commissioners on Character and Fitness.
2. Michael A. Rumer was appointed to the Commission on Continuing Legal Education.
3. Blanket waivers of rules that prescribe or imply that court documents must have inked signatures, certain design specifications, or be in paper form in order to be valid were granted to the Common Pleas Courts of Trumbull and Cuyahoga Counties.
4. Proposed amendments to Traf.R. 3(F) (adoption of local rules relative to the electronic filing of tickets), 13 (Traffic Violations Bureau), 13.1 (Juvenile Traffic Violations Bureau), and 14 (Magistrates) will be published for public comment.
