And an appeal having been taken by respondent-appellant-respondent Steven A. from an Order of Disposition, same court, entered on or about January 08, 2020 (Case No. 2020-03982),

And the child-respondent-respondent, Julian D., having moved, inter alia, to consolidate of the aforesaid appeals or, in the alternative, to have the appeals heard together, with permission to file a single responding brief, and to adjourn both appeals to the same Term,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing the parties' attention to 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][2] and adjourning the perfected appeal to the June 2021 Term of this Court. Respondent-appellant Steven A. is directed to perfect his appeal for the same June 2021 Term. Counsel for the subject child Julian D. may respond to both appeals in a single respondent's brief.
