DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to enlarge the time to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 10, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief is enlarged until April 15, 2013, and the pro se supplemental brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
