ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS
Proposed amendments to the Supreme Court Rules for the Government of the Judiciary of Ohio (Gov.Jud.R. II(5) and III(2)) were approved on December 14, 2023, for publication in the January 8, 2024 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet for a public-comment period ending January 29, 2024. The proposed amendments have been posted on the court’s website.
Kennedy, C.J., and Fischer, DeWine, Donnelly, Stewart, Brunner, and Deters, JJ., concurred in publishing the proposed amendments for comment.
