Petition for writ of habeas corpus whereby petitioner seeks review of his judgment of conviction of second degree murder entered pursuant to his guilty plea following charges that he killed his mother in first degree with an axe is denied on authority of Remp v. State, 248 So.2d 677 (Fla.App. 1970).
