OPINION AND ORDER DISMISSING PETITION FOR REMOVAL

The Petition for Removal of the decision issued on April 29, 2024 has been withdrawn by petitioner, and on May 29, 2024 a workers' compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) issued an order taking the matter off calendar.

Accordingly, the petition for removal is now moot, and we will dismiss the petition.

For the foregoing reasons, IT IS ORDERED that the Petition for Removal is DISMISSED.
