ORDER

PER CURIAM

This is an appeal from an order signed January 5, 2023, closing the estate of Aphaeus Ohakweh. Appellant Adimora Law Firm, PLLC has not paid the filing fee of $205.00, and it has not filed any evidence that it is excused by statute or the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure from paying costs. See Tex.R.App.P. 5. On March 14, 2023, this court ordered appellant Adimora Law Firm, PLLC to pay the filing fee on or before April 13, 2023, and the court further warned that appellant that it was subject to dismissal from this appeal without further notice if it did not comply with that order. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(c).

Appellant Adimora Law Firm, PLLC has not paid the filing fee, nor has it otherwise responded to the court's order. Accordingly, appellant Adimora Law Firm, PLLC is ordered DISMISSED from the appeal.
