ORDER

KATHLEEN KERRIGAN CHIEF JUDGE

On August 10, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to the Taxable Years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2022 and to Strike. On August 11, 2023, and August 14, 2023, respondent filed a total of three apparently identical copies of the Answer.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall, by October 2, 2023, file a response to respondent's motion. It is further

ORDERED that the duplicative Answers filed at Docket Entry Nos. 8 and 9 are deemed stricken from the record of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended by adding the letter "L" to the docket number. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall add the letter "L" to the docket sheet and other records of her office and process this case to trial or other disposition pursuant to the Lien and Levy Action procedures provided by Rules 330 through 334 of the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.
