ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Remand, filed January 31, 2024, is granted and this case is remanded to respondent's Office of Appeals for the purpose of affording petitioner a supplemental hearing pursuant to I.R.C. sections 6320 and 6330. It is further
ORDERED that respondent shall offer petitioner a supplemental hearing at respondent's Appeals Office located closest to petitioner's residence (or at such other place as may be mutually agreed upon) at a reasonable and mutually agreed upon date and time, but no later than April 2, 2024. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before April 23, 2024, the parties shall file a status report stating the then-present status of this case. Respondent shall attach to his report any supplemental notice of determination issued to petitioner. It is further
