ORDER OF DISMISSAL


This matter is before the Court on the joint Stipulation for Dismissal With Prejudice, (Filing No. 132 in 8:00CV558 and Filing No. 108 in 8:00CV181). The Stipulation complies with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(ii). Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED:

1. The joint Stipulation for Dismissal With Prejudice (Filing No. 132 in 8:00CV558, and Filing No. 108 in 8:00CV181) is granted;

2. All pending motions are denied as moot; and

3. The cases are dismissed with prejudice, each party to pay its own costs and attorney fees.
