MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS
On complaint invoking this court's original jurisdiction pursuant to Article XIX, Section 3 of the Ohio Constitution. Respondents shall file a response, if any, to relators’ motion for a scheduling order no later than 9:00 a.m. on Monday, November 29, 2021. No requests or stipulations for extension of time to respond to the motion for a scheduling order shall be filed, and the clerk of the court shall refuse to file any requests or stipulations for extension of time.
