On December 12, 2021, Francoise J. Blanco filed a Limited Entry of Appearance on behalf of petitioner. That Limited Entry of Appearance was intended to cover petitioner's Motion to Dismiss on the Ground of Mootness for the December 13, 2021, Jacksonville, FL remote trial session. To date, Mr. Blanco has not filed a Notice of Completion as required by the guidance issued by the Court.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that on or before January 28, 2022, Francoise J. Blanco shall file the Notice of Completion attached to this Order.

NOTICE OF COMPLETION
