On September 7, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the petition was not properly executed by petitioner. On September 19, 2023, petitioner filed a First Amended Petition that bears the original signature of petitioner.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered on September 7, 2023, is hereby vacated and set aside.
