Proceedings on petition to determine whether a juvenile should be adjudicated delinquent. Juvenile found to be delinquent and order entered placing him on probation, hearing before MOUNTENAY, J. Juvenile appealed. Appeal, No. 1438, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, No. 76 of 1976. Argued December 8, 1976.
