MEMORANDUM OPINION

Opinion by Justice Stoddart
This is an appeal from a post-judgment collection action. Today the Court issues its opinion in Chan II Pak v. Ad Villarai, LLC, et al., No. 05-14-01312-CV, in which we reverse the trial court's judgment against Chan II Pak and remand the cause for further proceedings. As a result of our reversal of the trial court's judgment in that cause, the issues in this appeal are moot. See Williams v. Lara, 52 S.W.3d 171, 184 (Tex. 2001). Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal.
