The reporter's record is overdue. The record was originally due September 30, 2023. On October 5, 2023, this Court notified court reporter Yolanda Atkins that the reporter's record was overdue and directed her to file the record by November 6, 2023. As of the date of this order, the reporter's record has not been filed.
We ORDER court reporter Yolanda Atkins to file the reporter's record for this appeal on or before NOVEMBER 29, 2023. If the reporter's record is not filed by that date, the Court may take any necessary action to assure filing of the reporter's record, including ordering that Ms. Atkins not sit as a court reporter until the complete reporter's record is filed. If Ms. Atkins was not the court reporter for this case, then she must notify the court providing the identity of the court reporter for the case without delay.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Dominique Collins, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 4, Dallas County; Charon Evans, Official Court Reporter for Criminal District No. 4; Yolanda Atkins, Court Reporter; and counsel for all parties.
