In an action to recover upon a title insurance policy, the appeal is from an order denying appellants' motion for summary judgment striking out the answer and granting summary judgment dismissing the complaint (Rules Civ. Prac., rule 113) and from the judgment entered thereon dismissing the complaint. Order and judgment unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion.
