This is an appeal from a judgment in garnishment proceedings. Appellant alleges the trial judge, a county judge, had no authority to sit as a circuit judge in this circuit court case. Appellee has confessed error in this regard. The judgment is reversed and this cause remanded for proper proceedings.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
