By order dated June 3, 2020, we granted appellant's motion requesting that certain portions of appellee's brief be stricken, struck appellee's brief, and ordered him to file an amended brief that did not include a copy of the transcript of the Texas Workforce Commission hearing nor any references to that hearing. Appellee complied.
Before the Court are appellee's June 22, 2020 motion for en banc reconsideration and verified motion for sanctions and June 26, 2020 motion for an extension of time to file a motion for en banc reconsideration. We GRANT appellee's motion for reconsideration as follows. Appellee may file, within fifteen days of the date of this order, an amended brief that references the hearing and includes a copy of the transcript of the hearing in the appendix. The submissions panel will determine if the evidence relied on by appellee was properly before the trial court and also whether sanctions are warranted.
En banc reconsideration is limited to this Court's opinions. See TEX. R. APP. P. 49.7.
We DENY appellee's motion for an extension as moot.
