Appellee's motion to dismiss appeal as moot is granted. Attorney David D. Sharpe's motion for leave to withdraw as attorney of record for appellant is denied as moot. Attorney David D. Sharpe's motion for clarification as to serving response pursuant to August 6, 2015, order is denied as moot. This appeal is dismissed.
