MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letter dated August 3, 2010, the Court notified appellant that her brief was overdue. We directed appellant to file her brief and an extension motion within ten days, and warned that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1). To date, appellant has neither filed a brief nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding her appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
