Upon due consideration of the Order to Show Cause issued February 8, 2021, and the record of this case, it is

ORDERED that the Order to Show Cause is made absolute and the docket number of this case is amended by deleting the letter "S" therefrom. The Clerk of the Court is hereafter directed to process this case to trial or other disposition as a regular tax case. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner is directed to pay the Court's filing fee for this case is extended to January 28, 2022. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of this case or other action as the Court deems appropriate.
