MOHAMAD NASSER ABOUI & MAHYAR MIZANI, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Joseph Robert Goeke, Judge

This case is calendared for trial on the August 28, 2023, San Francsico, California Special Session.

On August 16, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties. Exhibits that have been exchanged at this point will constitute all the exhibits that will be admitted into the record at trial. The only exception to this would require a showing by the offering party of extraordinary circumstances and a lack of prejudice to the opposing side. This instruction does not apply to documents for impeachment only. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Proposed Exhibits at Index Nos. 40 through 110 are hereby stricken from the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the above-referenced Special Session and is calendared for pretrial conference on the above-referenced Special Session at a time and date certain of 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, August 31, 2023.

This Order constitutes official notice of the same to the parties herein.
