JUDGMENT
The Court having granted plaintiff's motion to vacate the arbitration award in part and having denied it in part, and having granted defendants' motion to confirm the arbitration award in part and having denied it in part, it is hereby ordered that judgment be entered in favor of plaintiff on its petition to vacate the arbitration award with respect to the award for losses arising from improper contributions, and that judgment be entered in favor of defendants on their petition to confirm the arbitration award with respect to the award for unpaid contributions. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys fees.
