JUDGMENT
Judgment is hereby ENTERED in favor of plaintiff against defendant Hua Wang Centrifugally Spun Factory. Defendant Hua Wang Centrifugally Spun Factory is hereby restrained and enjoined from selling no-hub cast iron pipe and/or no-hub cast iron fittings at below its cost of production within the State of California or to any third party with the intention that its products will be exported for sale in the State of California.
Judgment of dismissal is ENTERED as to the remaining defendants. The Clerk shall close the file.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
