Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that Marcy L. Cox, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child, and Christine McCue, Esq., 1507 Grovenors Corners, Central Bridge, NY 12035, is appointed in her place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act §1120 (b).
