ORDER OF DISMISSAL

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On February 17, 2022, petitioner filed a motion to dismiss, seeking to voluntarily dismiss this whistleblower case. On March 9, 2022, respondent filed a notice stating that he has no objection to the granting of petitioner's motion to dismiss. In Jacobson v. Commissioner, 148 T.C. 4 (2017), the Court held that a whistleblower case may be dismissed upon motion by petitioner.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motion to dismiss is granted and this case is dismissed.
