Plaintiff-appellant having moved for a further enlargement of time to perfect the consolidated appeals taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 8, 2016, and from an order, same Court and Justice, entered on or about January 5, 2017, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the consolidated appeals to the June 2018 Term.
