Petitioner's motion for reinstatement is hereby granted and it is ordered that the above case is reinstated. This Court's order dated May 18, 2022, is hereby vacated.

The Notice to Invoke Discretionary Jurisdiction filed pro se on May 18, 2022, is hereby stricken as unauthorized as petitioner's attorney filed a notice to invoke on behalf of petitioner. All future filings must be made through counsel only.

Petitioner, through counsel, is allowed to and including June 7, 2022, in which to serve a brief on jurisdiction with an appendix. Respondent shall have thirty days after service of petitioner's jurisdictional brief in which to serve a jurisdictional brief.
