ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial during the Court's July 14, 2025, Washington, D.C. special trial session beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time in the Center Courtroom, United States Tax Court, 400 Second Street, N.W., Washington D.C., 20217. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before November 27, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case. The report should also include a proposed pretrial schedule.
