A E Int'l v. Star Ceiling Floors

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Mar 16, 1982
422 So. 2d 861 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1982)

Opinion

No. 81-1346.

March 16, 1982.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Dade County; Charles Edelstein, Judge.

Arky, Freed, Stearns, Watson Greer and Alan H. Fein, Miami, for appellant.

Pepe Nemire and Thomas F. Pepe, Coral Gables, for appellee.

Before HENDRY, FERGUSON and JORGENSON, JJ.

The grounds relied upon by the appellant for reversal have been considered in the light of the record, and briefs, and we find no reversible error has been shown. The record discloses that the case was fairly tried by the court and jury, that the verdict is supported by the evidence, and that the several rulings of the trial court challenged by appellant did not, on the record and the law, constitute harmful error.

Affirmed.
