THOMAS P. ALIOTTA

DAVID ELLIOT, JJ.

ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered September 13, 2017. The order denied appellant's motion to lift the restraint placed on a certain bank account in anticipation of the enforcement of a money judgment of that court entered August 12, 2016. Respondent states, in its brief on appeal, that the money judgment has been enforced and the monies in the account have been disbursed to respondent.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties show cause before this court why the above-entitled appeal should or should not be dismissed as moot by filing an affidavit or affirmation on that issue with the Clerk of this court on or before April 12, 2019; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this court, or his designee, is directed to serve a copy of this decision and order on motion on the parties' attorneys by regular mail.
