An appeal having been taken from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 24, 2018, And plaintiffs-appellants having moved for a preliminary appellate injunction enjoining defendant from selling the subject land and building or making any resolutions affecting plaintiffs' property interests, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, including the stipulation of the parties filed on June 13, 2018, It is ordered that the motion is deemed withdrawn.
