ORDER Trial court case number: 1129141 Trial court: County Civil Court at Law No. 4 of Harris County

This Court issued an order abating the appeal and remanding the cause to the trial court to determine whether the trial court's supersedeas bond amount would cause substantial harm to appellant. The trial court held a hearing and prepared findings of fact and conclusions of law, concluding that appellant had not produced sufficient evidence to show that it would suffer substantial economic harm.

Appellee has filed a motion to we reinstate the appeal. The motion is granted. The appeal is reinstated on the active docket. Appellants' brief is due within 30 days of the date of this order.
