DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the petitioners for leave to renew their prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 4, 2012, and, inter alia, to enjoin the respondent from entering the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and to direct an immediate trial of the above-entitled proceeding, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 31, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
