(205 A.D.3d 76 [1st Dept 2022], leave dismissed in part and granted in part 39 N.Y.3d 943 [2022]), And plaintiffs-appellants having perfected their appeal subsequent to the submission of the motion, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is denied as moot, and the motion is otherwise denied. Sua sponte, the perfected appeal is adjourned to the September 2023 Term of this Court.
