PRESENT:

Respondents having moved to dismiss the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Oneida County, entered February 1, 2019, on the ground that the appeal is moot as a result of appellant's death,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed as moot.
